REPAIRS & RETURNS

We do not issue refunds as work is customised.

If your waist beads happen to break or snap you may return them and we can repair them for a small fee. You can purchase a 'Guaranteed repair' at the time of your purchase, or you may initiate a repair request later, and the fees billed at that time.

Please use the "My Account" page to initiate a repair from your order page. Keffigal Waistbeads only repairs our own waist beads. The customer bears the responsibility for all shipping, which must be paid in advance.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from the United States using USPS with delivery confirmation.Shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS website, and are live rates. Delivery is 3 to 7 days.

You will be provided with Tracking information for each order.

To track your package, log into your account, and click the tracking number included with your order details. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation.

Delivery is usually 3 to 6 weeks. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered and/or packages that are lost/stolen/held up in customs. We are not responsible nor control custom fees imposed by your home country.
